Privacy Policy
Quiet Couples is a private iOS relationship utility built for two partners. This policy explains what the app stores, where that data lives, and what the app intentionally does not do.
1. Information Quiet Couples stores
To work as a relationship utility, the app stores the information you create or configure inside it, including:
- Relationship setup details such as anniversary date and partner names you choose.
- Home time zones for each partner.
- Memories you save (text, photos, voice notes, dates) and the reminders you schedule.
- Partner-pairing state and shared-shelf membership.
- Apple StoreKit purchase entitlement for Quiet Couples Plus.
- App preferences such as appearance and notification settings.
2. Where your data lives
App data is stored locally on your iPhone by iOS. When iCloud sync or partner sharing is enabled by your device and account settings, Quiet Couples uses Apple iCloud and Apple CloudKit to synchronize between your devices and to share a relationship shelf with your accepted partner. Shared relationship data is accessible only to accepted partner iCloud accounts through Apple sharing.
We do not operate a relationship-data server. Your relationship content does not pass through a Quiet Couples backend.
3. Purchases
Purchases and subscriptions for Quiet Couples Plus are handled by Apple StoreKit. Current prices are shown in the App Store and in the app by Apple before purchase. We do not collect or store payment card details. Apple provides us with anonymized purchase entitlement information needed to unlock features for your Apple ID.
4. What Quiet Couples does not do
- No ads or ad targeting.
- No third-party analytics SDKs.
- No third-party backend for relationship data.
- No AI processing of your relationship content.
- No data sale.
- No tracking across apps or websites.
- No streak repair, gem economies, or fake urgency.
5. Support communications
If you contact support@keltek.ai, we receive the information you choose to include in your message so we can reply. Please avoid including private relationship content in support messages unless it is necessary to describe the issue.
6. Children
Quiet Couples is intended for adults in romantic relationships. The app is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Your choices
You control your data in the standard ways iOS supports. You can disable iCloud sync from iOS Settings, leave or unpair from a shared shelf inside the app, delete your memories and reminders, and delete the app. Deleting the app removes its local data; iCloud-stored data is governed by your iCloud settings.
8. Security
Quiet Couples relies on iOS, iCloud, and CloudKit security. Your shared shelf is delivered through Apple's CloudKit sharing, which restricts access to accepted partner iCloud accounts.
9. International users
Quiet Couples is launching in the United States and the United Kingdom. The app uses Apple's iCloud infrastructure for storage and sync, governed by Apple's terms with your account.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy materially changes, we will update the effective date above and post a new version at this URL.
